He started his business career from 1983-1989 working for IBM UK Limited, as a senior technical specialist. From 1990, he developed and grew (from start-up), an international computer services company specialising in mainframes, hardware, networks and services. The business achieved a profitable turnover of £6m within four years and was sold in December 1996. He then went on to establish a joint venture with BDO Stoy Hayward in order to provide Management Consultancy services to their client base and beyond. This business achieved profitable growth and played a key role in the launch of the UK Small Business Service (SBS) in 2001. The business was sold back to BDO in the summer of 2002. In 2000, Philip was appointed Managing Director of e:Business software provider Thinkdigital Solutions PLC which was sold in 2002.
He is a past president of the South Derbyshire Chamber of Commerce, a past CBI Regional councillor for the East Midlands and the author of two current books; the 'Small Business Handbook' and 'Small Businesses Built to Last', both published by FT Pearson in 1998 and 2001 respectively.

Graham Mackrell
Technical Director
Graham is a professional business manager operating at board level in the sport and leisure sector.
He has spent over 30 years in professional football and worked in the game at all levels during his time at AFC Bournemouth, Luton Town, Sheffield Wednesday and West Ham United. In each club, he headed the management team, responsible for the day to day management of the company including sales, marketing, player negotiations and capital projects.
Graham has gained international Event Management experience with The Football Association, as a Venue Director for the Euro 96 Football Championships held in England, and with UEFA as a current Champions League Venue Director. He is also a Match Delegate in the Barclays Premier League.
Graham is Head of Football Administration at the League Managers Association and is responsible for handling their Commercial and Sponsorship relationships and Personal Development, Training and Education Programme for members. He manages the day-to-day affairs of both the Professional Football Coaches Association (PFCA) and the Professional Football Administrators Association (PFAA).
From 2000 to 2002, Graham worked at Interclubnet plc as Managing Director. He managed the development of the business from the initial listing on AIM to recognition as the provider of administration systems to the leading governing bodies in sport. He also handled client relations and contract negotiations with bodies such as The Football Association and over forty of Europe’s top professional football clubs, including Manchester United, Inter Milan, Barcelona, Real Madrid and Bayer Leverkusen.
He is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants, a former Chairman of the Institute of Football Management and Administration and a Trustee of the Football League Pension Scheme.

Cristina Stones
Financial Director
Cristina oversees all finance and administration for Full Time Group. She is responisble for the smooth running of accounting procedures and organisational matters to ensure your dealings with us are as simple as possible and that all timescales are met.
She has a wide international background of sales, marketing and administration roles in the leisure and recruitment business including the Roger Taylor Tennis Centre in Vale do Lobo Portugal and Manpower plc.
Cristina has lived and worked in Brazil, France, Spain and Portugal and is fluent in English, French and Portuguese.
Martin Ross

Specialist PR Consultant
Martin works extensively within the sports, leisure, health and commercial business world providing expert strategic media advice and delivery. Other specialist areas include regeneration and commercial property. Specific services include writing and distributing press releases for targeted editorial and broadcast coverage, tracking and analysing their effectiveness, managing media campaigns, media training and the publishing of company publications.
Martin is amongst the country’s most experienced journalists, having fulfilled the most senior reporting and editorial management roles. He has strong links with sports journalism having covered many aspects of sports news issues and lifestyle in Yorkshire and the North Midlands. Projects in the football world include Sheffield Wednesday FC, Sheffield United FC and Barnsley FC and, in the wider sports arena, British Athletics Grand Prix, Sheffield International Venues, IceSheffield and the Centre for Sports and Exercise Science.

During three years with Comet Group plc, she was responsible for internal and external communications working with the Senior Team, weekly financial reports, recruitment and internal events. During four years at Liberata, a market leader within Business Process Outsourcing, Katrina worked closely with the Managing Director and Marketing Director and had a wide ranging role including market research, project planning, procurement and negotiations, attraction and client retention through creation and delivery of events.
Katrina is a strong believer in maintaining and growing existing relationships and building rapport with new clients.

Neil Hunter
Head of Design Team
Neil and our diverse team of designers have over 60 years experience between them of turning brilliant ideas into impactful visuals and campaigns.
Neil has been working with Full Time Group for over 10 years. He brings enormous experience to the design, print and creative solutions side of the company and heads a team with the creative skills to match any.
Our team adopts a flexible approach to all design and associated matters which means you can be involved in all stages to guarantee delivery of your exact requirements.
Neil's career in design started over 30 years ago in Sheffield with one of the region's leading advertising agencies. He worked in every field of design from press, print, TV and exhibitions all with tight deadlines and strict corporate brand guidelines to follow.
He then worked in a local printers, heading the in-house design and reprographics department with extra responsibility for client liaison giving him a thorough insight into the printing process enabling him to get the very best from a client's budget.

Dr Rob Copeland BSc (Hons) MMedSci PhD
Sport and Exercise Scientist Psychology
Rob is a Senior Sport and Exercise Scientist with over 10 years experience of working within research, consultancy and practice.
Rob's specific area of expertise is sport and exercise psychology, with his current research and consultancy portfolio focusing on designing physical activity and behaviour change interventions that tackle obesity, designing and implementing sport psychology programmes and developing corporate wellness initiatives.
In sport, Rob has worked with a wide range of athletes and teams including those from professional golf, football, ice hockey, cycling and snooker. Rob also runs programmes for businesses and senior executives to help build mental toughness and perform under pressure.
Rob is an accredited sport and exercise psychologist for research and athlete support with the British Association of Sport and Exercise Sciences.
Eric Epple
International Marketing and Sales
Eric is a Swiss citizen based in Geneva. He has a wealth of experience in aviation and sport. After 17 years with a major international airline, where he was Station Manager and Area Director in Canada, Africa and the Soviet Union, he joined UEFA (Union of European Football Associations) as Head of Department for Eastern Europe. He assisted the Eastern European Football Federations in marketing, sponsorship and TV rights issues. For over 8 years he has also organised sport management courses in Eastern Europe and in Africa.
His large network of contacts mainly in Eastern Europe enables easy access to the leaders of federations, clubs and also to the political authorities. As an experienced senior manager with expertise in international business and strategic planning, Eric has proven ability for project implementation, solution finding and concept development as well as excellent negotiation skills.
He specialises in stadium development, safety and security matters and advised the Polish and Ukrainian Football Federations in their joint bid to host the UEFA Euro 2012 Football Championships. He also formally represents the sport manufacturer PUMA in Eastern Europe.
Eric is fluent in German, French, English and Russian.

| Dominic Risebro Specialist in Technology and Corporate Venturing |
He is a leading authority on commercialising new business concepts, developing strategies, forging partnerships and expanding into new markets. He has previously been engaged as a non-executive director of a community internet business and a part-time director of a European sports marketing agency. He was the youngest executive director of a London based Premier League football club advising on marketing communication, media and the use of technology to drive new-wave revenues. Earlier in his career he held senior positions within the industry and has overseen more than £100M of commercial revenues in this sector.
Dominic has advised some of the biggest global sports governing bodies, and their stakeholders, on corporate development, technology innovation and market entry strategies. He takes a special interest in peer-to-peer (P2P), Personal Digital Identity, Business Intelligence, CSR strategy and RFID Smartcard technologies as well as those addressing the Broadband, Digital Media and Wireless industries. He also currently assists Government, the newly formed Police Central E-Crime Unit and the London Organising Committee for the Olympic Games (LOCOG) with their London 2012 Cyber Crime strategy and development programme.

Rachel Scott
Sports Funding and Project Development
Originally trained in business and leisure management at Manchester University, Rachel has 14 years experience in sports development as a community Sports Development Officer and a Sport Specific Development Officer. She worked on projects that enable people of all ages and ability to have the opportunity to play sport, develop their skills and lead a healthier lifestyle.
Rachel now continues to work closely with various clubs, schools, County Sport Partnerships and also with sports National Governing Bodies (NGBs) to grow and sustain sports participation and to help nurture talented people.
Currently also in the private sector as a Sports Consultant, she has particular knowledge and experience in funding and has secured well over £2M on behalf of a range of different clients in the last three years. This has included £884,000 to support a three year inner city football project on behalf of a reputable Football In the Community scheme in the Midlands.
Rachel specialises in sports related research and project development work such as sports strategies, development plans, feasibility studies, reviews, survey work and more recently has developed two practical workshops on grants and funding and club development planning.
She has always been involved in sport, is a committed sports volunteer and has competed at sport at an elite level winning gold medals at the British and European Indoor Rowing Championships.

Andrew Burman
Business Development and Investment
Andrew has over 25 years experience at senior level in several commercial sectors, including professional sport where he has been a football club Chief Executive. He has held several non-executive roles and has undertaken extensive consultancy work within sport, business and the public sector.
As a specialist in business development, he is involved with company direction and mentoring managing directors, chief executives and boards to ensure focus, efficiency and delivery of targets within the SME sector with companies up to £150m turnover where growth, acquisition and development of people is of prime importance. Andrew is a practical hands on professional who works through realistic and direct objectives with business and company owners to deliver their outcomes, be it growth, sale, merger or diversity.
His specialist sport is professional football where he is also involved in the scouting of players on an international basis, is a licensed FA coach and has coached at a Championship team’s Youth Academy thus combining both the business and playing side. He is also involved in the recruitment of managers, coaches, chief executives and senior staff within football.
Andrew understands professional sport and has extensive experience of commercial partnerships, valued added benefits, contracts and staff development. His current projects include stadia, commercial development, MD and CEO mentoring, board development and senior level recruitment.
