Help build a safer society by working in partnership with others to reduce death and injury, damage to property and damage to the environment from fire and other emergencies

What TAM did:

Three one day workshops covering advanced finance, organisational strategy and the identification and prioritisation of issues for the Service. The cultural response created performance uplift at a time when concurrent change was needed
